Jefferson, Samples and Dexter Water has partnered with  Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.

  1. Bill payments can be made at any time, 24/7/365.
  2. You will need your account number printed from your billing statement to complete your bill payment.
  3. You may request your account number by calling Jefferson, Samples and Dexter Water at 501-397-2709.
  4. Nexbillpay charges a small service fee for each transaction.

How do I use this service? Customers will need the following to pay their bill:

  1. Jefferson, Samples and Dexter Water account number (located on your billing statement).
  2. The balance owed on your bill (also located on your billing statement).
  3. Your payment method: check, debit card, or credit card.

  • What is the service fee?

Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

  • Does Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water User Association keep any part of the service fee?

NO! Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water User Association receives no part of the service fee from Nexbillpay. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water User Association.

  • How do I get a payment receipt?

After your payment is approved, Nexbillpay will email your payment receipt to the email address you provided during the payment process. You can also print your receipt after the transaction is complete for your records.   You may be required to submit proof of payment to JSDWUA.

To begin your quick and easy bill payment you must agree to the following:

If your account is delinquent, disconnected, or in the disconnect process, you MUST PAY YOUR BILL IN PERSON at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson, AR.

(Closed 1:00PM-1:30PM for lunch)

IMPORTANT: Bills are due upon receipt and delinquent after the 16th. The grace period cannot be extended when the due date falls on the weekend. This is an online bill payment service. It may take up to two business days for payments to process. If you have received a bill with a past due balance and are subject to disconnection or wish to avoid late fees, please make payments early enough to allow payments to process.

If you have received a bill with a past due balance, are subject to having services disconnected YOU MUST PAY YOUR BILL IN PERSON at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson. If services are disconnected, the account balance plus reconnection FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT OUR OFFICE located at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Closed 1:00pm-1:30pm for Lunch). Fees must be paid in full before services are reconnected. If services are currently disconnected YOU MUST PAY IN OFFICE. Services will not be reconnected unless YOU PAID YOUR BILL IN FULL AT OUR OFFICE located at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson.

You will need your Jefferson, Sample and Dexter Water Customer Number and Balance Due from your printed billing statement in order to make a payment online. Payment shown online DOES NOT reflect your late fee if paying after the 16th.
